Avalon - I have an idea-How about the builders who have the dumpsters driving out of town and leaving a trail of debris on Avalon Blvd, each contribute money to the Tidelands Initiative. John works tirelessly cleaning up the marshes only to have more trash each week-blowing out of the dumpsters.
