Wildwood - To the uninformed folks with comments about the fire service in Wildwood, please stop making false accusations about the recent volunteer "stipend" implementation. Wildwood was given government money to attempt to recruit and retain volunteers. It comes at zero expense to the local taxpayer. The people making false accusations on here may well be former members who live offshore and have not responded to calls or training in 10 years. They can't cut it anymore so they take it out on the career division anonymously here. The paid guys have given these bitter members every chance in the world.
