Wildwood - For two years I've seen people parking on West Hand Avenue in Wildwood to go into a convenience store instead of pulling into the lot or the lot across the street. It is dangerous as cars already speed up and down West Hand Ave. Yet I have never seen cops give anyone a ticket.
