With so many Spanish-speaking students in the schools here, does

Wildwood - With so many Spanish-speaking students in the schools here, doesn't it make sense to hire more teachers and administrators who can relate with these students and their parents, instead of having to rely on bilingual students to do the translating when parents come to the schools? Doesn't the school board understand how the school population has changed?
