I live in Marina Bay Towers and am a former resident of Wildwood

Wildwood - I live in Marina Bay Towers and am a former resident of Wildwood who had to sell my house because of the high taxes. I want to know why I see a Wildwood official in the city truck nearly every day for sometimes hours at the marina at his boat near where I'm living now. If he's off duty why does he get to drive the city truck there and if he works during the day, why is he at the marina for so long every day? I can see him walking to his boat on the dock all the time.
