Wildwood - I have a problem with restaurants that pop open only on Friday and Saturday, or just for special event days. How fresh can their food be, or how many times frozen? Even if it was top quality, how much profit can there be with such operations? Also, this winter, is running water available? Is the water heater kept on? Keep in shape and avoid food poisoning and the flu. Go hunt for your dinner.

Why would one thaw food to refreeze it? They thaw it when they're ready to use it.
