Millions of illegal aliens are costing taxpayers billions of dollars every year in food stamps, medical, and even housing. It is the “illegal alien" who is applying to get welfare benefits for their children born here. It is not their children born here who are applying for those welfare benefits. So the fact is, illegal aliens can and do get welfare benefits.
