Wildwood - As this decade comes to a close, I realize it's been nearly that long I've been witness to a neighboring property that can be described as nothing short of a dump. The house is a rotting, boarded-up, uninhabitable heap. It was raised a couple years ago, so now it's a taller eyesore. For my $12,000 in taxes, I don't want to look at a garbage pile that used to be a house, and devalues my property. The owner should be held accountable for this mess, and fix it up, or tear it down.
