Wildwood - The City of Wildwood would have a boost in revenue if they chose to collect rent from property owners along Otten's Harbor for slip rentals. The harbor is man made and comes under the jurisdiction of the city, and those rights were never transferred to individual rights. When the developer sold lots back in 1910, the property stopped at the bulkhead. For some reason, they won't touch this issue, but choose to pass the debt of the city to all taxpayers while those along the harbor either collect slip rentals or benefit from waterfront homes with slips as an asset. We need to set this right!
