Why doesn't our police chief take notes from surrounding-area ch

Wildwood Crest - Why doesn't our police chief take notes from surrounding-area chiefs and try and improve the communication with our officers and residents? I am tired of the smug looks they have when they drive around town. Most are not friendly and when you see them, you can't get a "hello," let alone a wave. What has happened to our once incredible, approachable, friendly officers? Mayor and commissioners, please hold the chief accountable.
