Wildwood Crest - Re: Sea Isle Blvd., it's hard to believe that three osprey nests are holding up the progress of this project. Can't they move the three nesting posts a short distance away from their present location during the winter? I don't think the ospreys would notice when they come back in the spring. Then this project could be finished.
