Wildwood Crest - I would love to hear from local realtors why the Wildwoods are the last place on the entire Jersey shore to experience a housing boom, with home prices still stuck generally in the $200,000? It has to be among the most physically attractive spots with wide beaches
and cheap real estate. What more has to be done by officials and realtors to promote our obvious advantages to get the deep pocket crowds to invest here?
