I noticed a recently constructed, solid fence was erected at Sea

Wildwood Crest - I noticed a recently constructed, solid fence was erected at Seaview and Cardinal roads on a corner property whereby the fence extends to the sidewalk. I believe there is a 10-foot setback on Seaview Ave. I was driving and had to pull past the intersection to make sure no traffic was coming southbound on Seaview, and I would hope this matter is addressed before an accident happens.
