Wildwood Crest - How are residents supposed to know just how this town expects you to know what type of disposal of garbage is acceptable when there are no notices to us, taxpayers how to do it? This is pure incompetence, and then your trash is left standing at the curb. For first time offenders, just pick up the trash, and leave a notice how to do it, for next time.
