Wildwood Crest - Dog spouts will stop once all owners have respect for us, non-dog people! Some do have respect, but there are some who couldn't care less! I'm sick and tired of finding "presents" on my sidewalk and around my street! I'm tired of vacationers who don't clean up after their dogs. I'm the uncle of six dogs, and all of them are curb trained!
