Roadwork being done on Avenues S and Q in West Wildwood appears

West Wildwood - Roadwork being done on Avenues S and Q in West Wildwood appears to not be correcting a questionable landscape wall that blocks drivers' views of vehicles or children on bicycles when stopped at the stop sign at Avenue S. Vehicles on Avenue Q and bicycle riders can not be seen coming south due to the landscape wall that jets out into the pavement there blocking the view that could cause a serious if not fatal accident there. Will the state DOT grant be given if that road hazard is not corrected? Who can I report this possible deadly issue to?
