West Wildwood - At the June 5 meeting, Mayor Fox stated that his lawyer filed an appeal with the Local Finance Board. The Press of AC, in a June 10 article, stated that they contacted the Local Finance Board and no appeal had been filed nor any payments for any of the violations made.
Moderator's Note:
According to a Press of Atlantic City report published online June 11, "He has appealed the fines, he said Wednesday. But the Local Finance Board spokesperson said Friday it had received no appeal or payment from Fox."
