West Wildwood - The July Borough meeting was jammed with concerned taxpayers asking questions about Chief Ferentz's lawsuit against the borough, but getting few and unsatisfying answers. Why hasn't the state Attorney General or Cape May County Prosecutor intervened to look into the financial mess that our town is in due to what appears to be a questionable lawsuit that, in my opinion, was not defended properly, then not appealed in the interest of the taxpayers? Something here does not smell right, and it is getting a bit old and costly! Someone needs to investigate our officials' actions.
