West Wildwood - I read a spout about Fox DNA. People forget all the former mayors' DNA. All have had family as employees. That is how small towns are supposed to be. Go to any city where dad was a fireman and son and grandson now are. Same goes for the police. One of the most important city employees is the former mayor's sister. This is what keeps these towns alive. It's not just an employee collecting a paycheck, it's family with a stake in the community that cares about the community.

In public life, the best person for the job should be hired, and a relative should not be a shoe-in.
