West Cape May - How is it that West Cape May school can have 20 students attend on the taxpayer's dime but can't fix the basketball rims? How about taking the money it costs, $19,000 plus for one student, open the school as a rec center and hire a person part time to run it. But why would they do that when there is only a handful of the students that really live in WCM?
