Broadway is a county road.

West Cape May - Broadway is a county road. I don't think West Cape May is responsible for repaving it. In fact, it might not be legal for them to do so. Same with Sunset Boulevard. The responsibility belongs to the county, not the township whose hands are tied. I don't see Broadway as having any priority with all the other roads (some in worse shape) that need a lot of work.
