Villas - Why do we have ordinances for barking dogs if we don’t actually enforce them? Calling animal control was a waste, only to be told a judge will throw the case out. Apparently, it’s okay when it’s at all hours of the night, too. Even when the dogs are aggressive through the fence trying to get to my child. I was told to get a better fence. How did it become my problem? It only matters when they tear down the fence and attack my child, right? As a dog owner myself, I am respectful of my neighbors and my surroundings. It’s a shame my neighbors can’t be the same.
