Villas - Why can't the unemployed coal miners from West Virginia and Kentucky get first dibs on jobs to restore and rebuild Puerto Rico? Seems like a win-win situation for everybody. This also would help to get them out of the opioid crisis that affects these states where the people are despondent because they don't have a purpose every day. Hopefully, Trump is shrewd enough to put this all together.
