While driving on Bayshore Rd.

Villas - While driving on Bayshore Rd. April 15, I saw three boys walking in the rain, wind, and cold. None of them had on proper outerwear for the weather. Where were the parents, and why were they allowing their children to be outside in that? I'm sure they take better care of themselves. There are so many other caring adults who would love to care for their children, they might want to take a parenting class before their kids get removed from the streets. I bet they treat their pets better than their kids! Well, maybe not! This is considered "child neglect."
