Villas - We are prisoners in our own home. We can no longer entertain or go outside in our backyard because we have a hoarder who lives next door. The bugs and mosquitoes are ridiculous. Their yard is overgrown with grass and weeds, trash, and stagnant water everywhere. Three vehicles full of trash. Went to Lower Township, and nothing has been done about it. We need help. And, yes, I understand hoarding is a disease, but this is affecting mine and my family's way of life. We should not have to live this way.
