Villas - We all know the problem with irresponsible pet owners. Why doesn't Lower Township put in pet waste receptacles along the bayside streets or other streets? Some communities offer bags and the receptacles are up off the ground and not large enough for household trash. It's sad to think that the increase in pet waste is because they are not allowed on the beaches mid-day, but it seems that since then there is more and more along the streets and in yards. I'm sure they could find the money in the budget.
