Villas - Tour de France wannabes need to ride within the shoulder space allotted to them. Too many of them belligerently ride onto the white line and even over it, swerving into traffic, creating the potential for a wreck. If you accidentally hit one of these bike riders, you will suffer. You will possibly be arrested. You will bear the financial brunt of another person's foolishness. Meanwhile, they keep daring you to hit them.
