Villas - Those driving around in Villas Jan. 4, just missing hitting my fence and swishing all over the street, what part of essential vehicles only didn't they understand? They were in SUVs and pick-ups, loving twirling in the snow regardless of property damage to others. I did not call the police, as they are needed for emergencies in this weather, not dealing with these people.
