Sheriff Nolan is adding three new correction officers to the pay

Villas - Sheriff Nolan is adding three new correction officers to the payroll for the creation of a "transportation unit," not to cover the insufficient staffing or excessive overtime in the new jail. He also uses correction officers to do administrative work instead of using his administrative staff. This inexcusable staffing plan is going to leave the taxpayers holding a leaky bag of you know what real soon. Why are the freeholders permitting this?
