Villas - Several times while walking my dog on Cardinal Ave., I've seen bright green plastic bags that someone has used to clean up after their dog, and then left there. Cleaning up after their dog is a good thing. Throwing it on someone's property is rude. They give all dog walkers a bad name. They should pick it up and take it home with them. Dispose of it properly.
