Villas - Now is the time since the summer season is over, for the local county business owners, Chamber of Commerce, and motels/hotels to put together signs, newsletters and paper handouts about beach etiquette, and bike, power walker, and jogger etiquette, too. This past year was the worst for non-caring, it's all about me attitudes.
