Villas - Lower Township passed an increased budget and mayor said, "It makes it affordable to live here." Not for long and not for me. My councilman was conveniently absent for the vote. I'm sure he would have voted no for it, but it still would have passed, as he understands that seniors are slowly getting pushed out of Villas because of the taxes.
