Villas - A letter to the editor about saving Cox Hall Creek from a gentleman who doesn't reside here painted a storybook picture, which really isn't exactly a true picture. There are kids almost drowning and a man was found dead there last year. You have drinking and drug activity going on there. This is far from the sunny picture that a non-resident remembers. What we need is affordable housing for our year-round residents who can't afford the insane rent that is being charged from people who can't afford decent housing, some of which live in tents out in the cold because they can't find affordable housing.
