Villas - It is almost impossible to get a job with the township or school district unless you know someone. You could have all the experience in the world and someone's relative will get hired before you with little to no experience. It's all political and is really a shame. There are amazing candidates that they're missing out on and not even giving a fair chance. Of course they have to post the job opening and do the interview because it's illegal not to but they always end up hiring within.
