Villas - If Lower Township wants to spend $14 million on a pool, that's fine, but as a taxpayer, I won't use it. Raising my taxes to pay for it makes no sense to me. The township needs to tell us exactly how much each house's property tax will increase, not "we might get a grant from the state."
