Villas - I was shocked to read that Lower Township Code Office tells the code violators who reports on you in the neighborhood. That's not solving the neighbors' problems, that's only making it worse. Now, more neighbors are fighting more than ever and making more calls to Lower Twp. Police. This is not fixing Villas' problems, only adding to them. Who in their right mind made this new rule up?
