Villas - I take issue with allowing second homeowners a vote in our local elections. We tolerate being overrun each year by this horde of humanity in exchange for the ratables they bring. They agreed to pay these ratables when they signed the contract for their homes. I implore our freeholders to vote against such measures, as the second homeowners now want to control our lives year round.
