Villas - I cannot believe that the people of Lower Township are so ignorant as not to realize what members of council are shoving down their throats. The sidewalk project in North Cape May is a stepping stone to turning the area into Ocean City, Md. There are less expensive ways to do this and without touching the dunes. Simply make Bay or Beach Drive a no-parking street, every home has a driveway, and repave the street.
