Villas - I am amazed that Lower Twp. Police can go to the same residence at least two to three times per week, with an easy 35 calls since January and never arrest anyone. On April 29, LTPD clearly demonstrated their lack of training and wanting to uphold peace in the community by not arresting either party again. This follows an April 27 event that took at least three police cars off the street for close to an hour. When responding to domestic calls (one of the two most dangerous) they never secured either party and allowed people who gathered to interact with them creating even more of a circus-like environment.
