Villas - A house behind me on West Delaware Parkway burns wood 24/7. I assume it is for heat since it is constant. The smoke is heavy and low lying. The chimney is not very high. I can smell it inside my home and on my clothes. I have children and when they come in from playing or the bus stop they smell like smoke. Our neighbors are elderly and told me this is negatively affecting their health. Other neighbors say they suffer from headaches and burning eyes. What can we do?
