Upper Township - Re: the relentless problem of ATVs riding illegally in Cape May County, the front page of the March 28 Gazette has a major article titled, "Local officials, resident argue ATV regulation enforcement." I live in Upper Township, in Sunset Acres, and neighbor after neighbor applauds the Woodbine troopers every time they catch, fine, and impound an illegal ATV riding in and near our community. We demand that our officials and prosecutor tow the line and prosecute violators to the fullest extent of the law, including fines of $1,000. Cape May County is not sparsely populated like 1950.
