Are there ever any actual, realistic plans for the Seaville-area

Upper Township - Are there ever any actual, realistic plans for the Seaville-area shopping center? Every time we drive by, it seems like more empty storefronts are staring back at us. Upper residents would benefit from some expanded eating options, maybe sidewalks to make the town more walkable and accessible.
