Townsend's Inlet - Can someone tell me who in Sea Isle City is responsible for the fish that habitually defecate in our near shore waters without any consideration for bathers? These poopers "do their business" off our beaches with total impunity and a complete lack of governmental accountability, yet I am not permitted to bring my pooch on our sandy beaches for a little exercise. This is an outrage.
