Town Bank - Sometimes changes made by politicians make sense. The rule that school board elections are held with the higher voter turnout in general elections ensures that candidates running for the school boards are selected by the general electorate, rather than the past method where separate elections would ensure a low voter turnout, so that the selected few could be elected to reap the benefits of keeping friends and families employed without the benefit of the quality of the person. Government does come up with positive changes, just not enough!
