Town Bank - Let’s hear a loud cheer for isolationism, as created by 1920's Republicans who opposed President Wilson’s joining the League of Nations. Trump pushes isolationism coupled with his desire for a wall. He was in Europe doing what appeared to be a breakup of NATO. But, why stop there? Move on to breaking up SEATO and the OAS. We joined these organizations that were created by treaties approved by Congress, and can’t be done away without congressional approval. Once we’ve isolated ourselves politically, let’s surround our entire country with a wall. Oh, but what to do about Hawaii and Alaska?
