Jitney bus service from Sea Isle City now comes to Strathmere un

Strathmere - Jitney bus service from Sea Isle City now comes to Strathmere until 4 a.m. bringing drunks, and noise. I am sorry, it does not exist, according to Upper Twp., because unlike Sea Isle, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Ventnor, and Atlantic City, the bars in Strathmere OK'd the deal a few years back, while Upper had their head in the sand. They need an ordinance, license and a schedule where they can stop, and why until 4 a.m.?
