Strathmere - I agree with the spouter a couple of weeks ago that Upper Twp. needs its own police force and not be dependent on State Police. There is a serious drug problem, with numerous dealers in the township. These dealers know there is very limited police coverage and chances of getting caught are very limited. Why does this lack of police protection go on?
