Stone Harbor - Why did Stone Harbor Police in their cruiser stop a father and his two small children from playing innocently in a tree in the median on 2nd Ave. around 108th St. in the evening, then leave, only to let cars speed by that same tree on 2nd Ave. for the next three hours with no police presence? The priorities of what Stone Harbor Police actually act upon are out of whack. Spouters have been lamenting the presence of alcohol on the beach all summer, yet Stone Harbor Police drive around in their buggies and never stop to do anything about it. They just enjoy the ride, and come close to running over sunbathers.
