We have three beautiful, new island libraries with great library

Stone Harbor - We have three beautiful, new island libraries with great library people working at them. Why are we having so many problems with maintenance? If the heating isn't working, then it is the air conditioning, or the lights, or the elevators, or the WiFi, or the bathrooms. While I understand troubleshooting after a public building opens, why are we continuing to have so many problems?
