Stone Harbor - There is a new building going up on Rec Center property in Stone Harbor. It is being built to accommodate pickleball and tennis players so they can register for playing time. Rumor has it that the roof will have an observation deck. Another example of wasteful and out-of-control spending by council. Someone should tell them to build a surplus and handle the back bay dredging. Seems flooding on 3rd Ave has become the norm.
